Essential Functions:
The Food Services Assistant supports daily food service operations by assisting with meal preparation, processing food and supply donations, and maintaining an organized inventory of supplies. This role also contributes to menu planning and ensures compliance with OSHA standards for cleanliness and kitchen safety. The position offers hands-on experience in food service, organization, and teamwork within a collaborative environment.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Compassion for individuals experiencing homelessness or addiction.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Enthusiastic and motivated about the food service industry.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Hours: Part-time role (and must be available year-round)
